Terms of service
Last updated October 9, 2026
By creating a ChargerLog account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you agree on its behalf.
The service
ChargerLog is a tool for recording EV charger maintenance. PM dates and reports are a convenience: always follow the charger manufacturer's maintenance and safety guidance and the electrical codes that apply to your work. We aren't responsible for equipment damage, downtime, warranty decisions or injuries.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- The company owner controls who joins the company's account and can disable users at any time.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or access other companies' data.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds.
- If a plan lapses, your data stays, but the account falls back to the Solo plan's limits and logins until you subscribe again.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Your data
Your company's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.
Availability
We work to keep ChargerLog running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using ChargerLog at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
